Emma has over 16 years’ experience, the majority

in the public sector, specialising in economic

development. Her career began north of the border

at Scottish Enterprise before moving to London

in 1999. Here she worked in local authorities

and a business lobby group before spending

five years at the London Development Agency,

latterly as the Head of Strategy. Since

going freelance in early 2007, Emma has

developed a diverse portfolio covering

economic development, planning and

education consultancy. Her clients

include RDAs, local authorities, the

Greater London Authority and

Silverstone Circuit.
