Raymond Ormiston BSc(Hons) MRICS

Ray has a first class honours degree from the University

of Westminster in building surveying. He commenced his

career in 1990 in the public sector where he became

qualified. After seven years in the public sector

service Ray moved to Carillion where he was involved

with PFI projects, involving healthcare and eduction

services. During his time at Carillion he was also

involved with private commercial and retail

projects. Since 2002 Ray has been in private

practice dealing with private development and

primary health care projects and independent

schools. Ray's primary disciplines are

building surveying, project management,

contract administration and cost

management, maintenance and

development procurement.
