Tim joined Asset Plus One in 2004, bringing 18

years expertise of client side development and

asset management. Prior to joining, he was

development director of Tesco British Land

Properties, a joint venture vehicle managing

a retail portfolio valued in excess of

£550 million. Tim's experience is both

geographically spread and across market

sectors. He has previously worked in

Central Europe and before that was

in Asia for more than 8 years

including 3 in Vietnam where he

successfully negotiated one of the

earliest foreign development licences.
