Hilton Garden Inn – Silverstone

The ambition for Silverstone Motor Racing Circuit to have an hotel has been harboured for over 35 years. Working with other professionals Asset Plus One prepared an overwhelming business case for an hotel at the circuit and this has now taken shape. Having won outline planning permission, terms were agreed with Bricks Group to sell the site to them on a 125 year lease with their commitment to build a 200 bed Hilton Garden Inn. The £65m hotel is now open and trading.

Unique features include: Full height atrium entrance, raised ground floor to allow uninterrupted views across the circuit to The Wing pit and paddock building, rooftop bar and terrace, and a pedestrian bridge from 4th floor flying across the circuit into the mezzanine level of the Wing. Together, The Wing and the Hotel have create the largest conference and hotel facility between Birmingham and London, with the capability of seating up to 4000 for dinner!
