Over a period of 15 months Asset Plus One co-ordinated a professional team of eight consultants in order to establish development principles across the Silverstone site of 550 acres.

Planning consent was granted on 17th May 2018 for up to:

5000 sqm D1 University
7000 sqm C2 Student Accommodation
4000 sqm A1 Retail
2000 sqm A3 Restaurant
32,500 sqm D2 Leisure
35,500 sqm Sui Generis associated with and/or circuit related activity

TOTAL DEVELOPMENT AREA 1O7, 018 SQM or 1,151,941 SQFT.
The consent remains in force for 12 years.
