Asset Plus One is retained by high net worth individuals to manage their property portfolios and identify investment opportunities, particularly at advantageous periods in the property cycle. We see periods of lack of liquidity and uncertainty in the market as opportunities to purchase assets at favourable prices. Assets are not held and shelved. Asset Plus One takes a proactive approach to generate real added value over and above the vagaries of market movement.

On behalf of Wychwood Holdings we purchased a building occupied by the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) off-market having seen the potential to achieve enhanced capital value growth through active asset management. Responding to the tenant’s expansion plans, the ground floor shell was fitted out to full office specification and rentalised in a phased programme.

Planning permission for accommodation with further on-site expansion was also secured and the investment was then sold.
