Asset Plus One brokered a deal in 2006 that recently
saw the completion of the 1.5 million square foot
Shushary Logistics Park, St Petersburg, where we
represented the Avalon group as both land-owner
and future tenant with funding from Raven Russia.
That joint venture, Megalogix, is already
developing a further 10 sites across Russia
providing a single point of contact and a strategic
network for distribution businesses. Our relationship
with the Avalon group continues to expand as we
look to establish pan Russian strategic partnerships
with retail developers and hotel operators,
leveraging our combined development
expertise and proven ability to
deliver sites and permits.
