Toolbank

Asset Plus One provide a comprehensive range of occupier

services to companies that take a dynamic view of the

property facilities they occupy. This can take the form of

outsourcing the entire property function or simply selecting

complex and specialist areas such as rent reviews/lease

renewals or relocation projects.

For example we have advised Toolbank which is the UK’s

largest privately owned wholesale tool distributor and

operates from 12 sites across the country occupying

some 400,000 sq ft of distribution space. Property is

a non core function and Asset Plus One’s role

encompassed management tasks such as lease

renewals and rent reviews through two developing

bespoke logistic facilities. Pictured is the recently
