Asset Plue One is retained by various individual high

net worth clients to manage their property portfolios.

On behalf of Wychwood Holdings we purchased a

building occupied by the International Baccalaureate

Organisation (IBO) off-market having seen the

potential to achieve enhanced capital value

growth through active asset management.

Responding to the tenant’s expansion

plans, ground floor shell accommodation

was fitted out to full office specification

and rentalised in a phased programme.

Planning permission for further on-site

expansion was also secured and its

delivery made conditional on the tenant

committing to an extended lease term.

The investment was then sold.
