Cannon Lane Estates LLP

Asset Plus One advised Cannon Lane Estates LLP on the purchase of a 4 acre site on Cannon Lane in Tonbridge which benefited from an extant consent for development of circa 55,000 sq ft of retail warehouse floor space.

The site had greater value potential for residential development and a sale was arranged with Barratt Homes (Kent) Ltd. This also entailed the development of two mixed use blocks, the letting and subsequent sale of the ground floor retail investments.

The residential development is now complete.
