Escapade Silverstone

Escapade Silverstone is “the most significant project to take place at Silverstone since The Wing” according to Stuart Pringle, Silverstone Circuit MD.

Opening in April 2024, its 14-acre site bordering Copse, Maggots & Becketts will feature a 180+ key hotel in the form of 60 individual residences and a driver-focused clubhouse of 15,000 sqft. It is state of the art, and already 50 of the 60 residences are sold, so remaining stock is limited. There is nowhere better to enjoy and feel firsthand the thrill of F1 as well as all the other major events that Silverstone host, including MotoGP and The Classic. The deal structure to make this £58m development happen was complex, and Asset Plus One advised throughout. Owners of each of the Residences receives an income stream generated by the units being rented out by Silverstone to other guests wishing to stay at the world famous circuit. The generation of income through letting the Residences also creates a new revenue stream for the circuit.
