Their Bentley and Rolls Royce facility sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty just outside Reigate in Surrey.

Asset Plus One is retained to advise on the comprehensive refurbishment, part demolition and new build, in order to create a real motor enthusiast’s destination. The project will be taken from preparation of feasibility studies through assembly of a detailed planning application and ultimately to implementation of the consented scheme.
