On behalf of Wychwood Holdings we purchased a building occupied by the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) off-market having seen the potential to achieve enhanced capital value growth through active asset management. Responding to the tenant’s expansion plans, the ground floor shell was fitted out to full office specification and rentalised in a phased programme.
Planning permission for accommodation with further on-site expansion was also secured and the investment was then sold.
